is one of the few affordable full-service hotels in the downtown area. All rooms

We have reserved a block of standard and terraced rooms at this hotel. Recently
renovated, rooms at this downtown hotel all include desks with dial touch tone
phones, voice mail and dataports, TV/Cable, refrigerator, iron, in room safe
and hairdryer. Some rooms have whirlpool baths. Rooms with terraces offer breathtaking
views of the Hudson River and Brooklyn Bridge. Complimentary continental breakfast
is served daily.

SEAPORT SUITES
Although old and not so chic, the size and price of the rooms in this recently
converted apartment building-hotel can¹t be beat. Located a few blocks from
Wall Street and the South Street Seaport, you can go down to the pier and watch
tankers pass under the Brooklyn Bridge or shop at the seaport. Two types of
rooms have been reserved. The Deluxe Studio Suites include a bedroom with queen-sized
bed, a living room (some with convertible sofas), bathroom and a walk in kitchen.
The Studio Suite has an oversized sleeping room with full bath, dining area,
and fully equipped kitchenette. There is no in-house restaurant, but a complimentary
continental breakfast is served.
